　　The PositionOur Maintenance Technician position supports the production team by assisting with machine adjustments, conducting preventative maintenance, and completing repairs on our 20+ production lines.  The Maintenance Technician will assist with preparing machinery for the day as well as troubleshoot quality issues as they occur throughout their shift.  In addition to supporting our daily operation, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installation, replacement, and set-up of new & existing equipment.  This role reports directly to the Plant Manager & works closely with our shift supervisors.
