FULLY REMOTE ROLE

Our client, an industry-leading, online global wedding company that aims to connect vendors and clients, is seeking multiple Contracts Administrators for an upcoming project. Role is expected to last 5 weeks. Job duties include uploading a variety of contracts into CLM Software, extracting specific information from contracts, and inputting it into relevant fields. Job reports directly to the General Counsel. Must have prior experience reviewing analyzing contracts (tech agreements, vendor agreements, advertising agreements. etc.) and have experience using CLM Software (Coupa Software a plus though not required). **If interested and immediately available, please send resumes in Microsoft Word format to Dawn.Tatz AT Roberthalf

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Contracts Administrator role or similar.

• Ability to extract pertinent information from contracts and input into CLM Software

• Ability to work 40 hours a week, fully remote
