Oversees operations and direction of the Clinic and Outreach Offices for HVI service line. Provides strategic planning, program development, recruitment and retention, resource distribution, and institute integration. Responsible for supporting the financial, administrative and operational management and applicable policies, rules and procedures established by University Health Associates, West Virginia University, WVU Foundation, Inc., WVU Research Corporation, and West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc. Facilitates the mission of the Executive Chair of HVI.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.EXPERIENCE:1. Three years of management and/or administrative experience required,

Directly manage the operations and financial management of the dedicated clinical areas as well as outreach clinics with the support of the Medical Director of HVI.Works with HVI Executive Leadership to establish a Strategic Plan for the Clinic and Outreach services.Define the resources required to implement the strategic plan and work with leaders across WVU & WVUHC to determine how the needed resources will be provided.Develop and manage the capital and operating budgets for the Clinic and Outreach services of HVI and its defined interests, while monitoring budgetary compliance for the Service Line's activities.Plan, organize, implement and evaluate the delivery of patient care by empowering staff, coordinating activities between operating departments and by promoting patient satisfaction.Select, hire, manage and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of employees and facilitate the professional development of all staff to ensure clinical practice competence.Establish annual and long-term service line quality, service, and financial goalsMaintains collaborative working...
