Overview

　　The SOSi team is growing in Europe, and we are looking for a talented and dedicated Intermediate Network Engineer to support a program based in Wiesbaden, Germany. SOSi is a family-owned government contractor with a long history of providing technical solutions to customers performing challenging missions.

　　Responsibilities

　　Will complete tasks assigned by Senior Network Engineer.

　　Under general supervision will install, configure, and support an organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Agency Internet Network (AIN), Intranet and Internet and other data communications systems or a segment of a network system.

　　Maintain network hardware and software.

　　Monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.

　　Provides support to projects that involve networks.

　　Provides support in the translation of business requirements into telecommunications (e.g., LAN, MAN, WAN, Voice and Video) requirements, designs and orders.

　　Qualifications

　　Education: Bachelors degree with 5 years’ experience with CISCO Voice Technologies.

　　Must have CCNP Collaboration.

　　Extensive experience of Cisco products is required.

　　IAT Level II certification or equivalent such as Security+ is required.

　　In scope DOD Secret clearance is required.

　　Must be approved by the USG and qualify as a Technical Expert under the U.S. SOFA in Germany.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Must have a valid US passport.

　　Ability to travel to customer sites.

　　ITIL V4 certification preferred.

　　Fluency in a foreign language desired but not required.
