　　Work with the quality assurance and automation engineers to deliver automation test scripts and test execution results of outstanding quality and on time.

　　Create and maintain automated test scripts that enable and support data driven testing.

　　Work to implement and improve documented standards, guidelines and best practices for automation.

　　Troubleshoot automated test failures and resolve issues encountered during test execution.

　　Tests software to ensure that developed products meet requirement specifications and are within quality criteria and standards.

　　Develop test documentation such as test plan, test case, scenarios, create test data and identify defects within the software products.

　　Able to perform moderately complex functional, integration, regression and performance tests.

　　Work closely with cross-cultural development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycle.

　　Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields

　　2 to 5 years experience in Software Testing and Test Automation

　　Experience in writing test scripts and automating test procedures for web or client/server applications

　　Experience or knowledge on test automation tools and open source tools (e.g. SpecFlow, Selenium, SoapUI) are beneficial

　　Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to be self-directed adapt to a rapidly changing environment

　　Strong communication skills

　　Goal-oriented, results-driven, team-player, self-starter, proactive

　　Knowledge on writing SQL queries would be an advantage
