Logistics Quality Technicians ensure shipmentsmeet required contractual quality standards before they are sold tocustomers. Logistics quality technicians have a sharp eye for detail andhave excellent problem-solving skills. This role is classified as asalaried non-exempt position
Primary Responsibilities:
Promote the Quality culture in the business
Provide support for Quality issues and determination of non-conformance,escalating any significant concerns
Verify customer acceptance submittals for contractual accuracy
Participate in real-time problem resolution with Logistics and Qualityteams
Develop containment actions
Review and creation of standard work instructions
Support customer facing contacts, including customer calls and sitevisits as required
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post highschool training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) oreligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

The salary range for this role is 36,000 USD - 72,000 USD. The salaryrange provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experiencelevels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, includingbut not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities,a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and keyskills.
