　　Job Requirements:

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions.

　　This position may be filled from a mandatory reemployment list if one is in effect at the time of appointment.

　　Candidates may be expected to be qualified to use negative pressure respirators.

　　Valid New York State driver's license required.

　　Operating Needs:

　　Must be able to work outdoors and perform grounds work duties.

　　Ability to work overtime for emergencies and campus events, including possible shift changes to accommodate snow removal needs.

　　Valid NYS driver's license required.
