Responsibilities Operate a field type tractor with items such as an attached towed mower or cutter bar to cut grass. Perform adjustments on equipment operated in order to keep operational. Utilize equipment such as gears, power ratios, braking and turning capabilities at proper operating speeds. Maneuver equipment in confined areas such as between shrubs and trees and along fences and curbs. Manipulate controls of moving equipment in order to complete required tasks. Adjust equipment to accomplish job such as setting height of mower blades.
