　　Review replenishment data for assigned areas and purchase products for resale in order to meet quality and delivery requirementsMaintain inventory levels to desired turnsWork with assigned domestic and international suppliers to expedite deliveries and meet changing demand; follow up on past-due PO lines and resolve issues that may ariseMonitor and report supplier service measurementsPerform administrative functions relevant to the position, including: entering purchase orders, processing supplier acknowledgments, entering receipts for direct and drop-ship purchase orders, inventory adjustments, supplier returns, expediting supplier deliveries, and processing and maintaining ERP system dataUtilize ERP system to execute the planning of production activity, including the reservation and scheduling of specific ordersSchedule all shop order activity for assigned commoditiesFor success in this role, you will:

　　Capably handle required administrative functionsVerify work to ensure accurate results, requiring minimal reworkBe internally motivated and work well with minimal supervisionListen to others, expressing ideas, both orally and in writingGive customer needs priority, responding quickly to concerns and demonstrating a desire to assist othersDevise workable solutions or consult with secondary resources to devise solutionsHave a HS Diploma or equivalent, with the ambition to further educationHave 1 - 2 years of progressive buying experiencePossess strong analytical skills and an understanding of basic manufacturing practicesBe familiar with ISO and Lean principles (Strongly preferred)Possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawingsBe advanced in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelHave experience with MRP / ERP systems and the ability to learn Skytron's ERP system
