　　Description:

　　General Summary

　　Responsible for the repair, overhaul and preventative maintenance of all slot machines to ensure optimal operation. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and Aquarius Casino Resort policies and procedures.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Ensures compliance with all gaming regulations, internal policies and procedures.

　　Responsible for the floor maintenance and repairs, as well as the break-down, relocation and re-set-up of machines and stands to be relocated.

　　Brings dispute and unusual guest activities to the attention of the shift manager.

　　Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.

　　Cooperates and communicates with fellow team members in all departments and always exhibits mutual respect and consistently projects a positive, helpful image/attitude.

　　Ensures that all Nevada Gaming Control regulations are followed and enforced.

　　Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

　　Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests

　　Requirements:

　　Job Specifications – Qualifications

　　High School Diploma or G.E.D. Electronics Degree preferred.

　　A minimum of one to two years slot technical experience preferred.

　　Experience in troubleshooting and overall maintenance of CDS data communication systems is preferred.

　　Equivalent experience in related systems will be considered.

　　Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of gaming equipment repair and can perform these necessary functions in a timely manner and with minimal/no supervision.

　　Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

　　Ability to communicate effectively in a one-on-one format as well as group situation.

　　Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

　　Ability to operate computer equipment.

　　Must possess excellent people skills.

　　Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.

　　Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.

　　Working Conditions – Physical Requirements

　　Required to walk, stand or stoop for 80% of shift.

　　Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 200 lbs.

　　Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.

　　Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail.

　　Need to distinguish between shades of color.

　　Communicate via radios.
