QaaS Management Support PM - this resource needs to work closely with FW payload PMs and the QaaS team in daily stand-up in US time.The Opportunity:Provide the support for QaaS Management PM role to fill the gap.This is to help the FW Qual prioritization, QaaS Intake creation, and ADO management to unblock the business critical Qualitification requests.FW Qual Backlog management with the daily prioritization sync with v-teamCreate QaaS Tracker ADOs to link with FW Release ADO -Manage ADO data with accurate state, and FW Lifecycle dates (Qual ETA), and attach Signoff docs before passing them to the FW payload team for deployment.Proactively provide FW support to the QaaS team daily, including closing gaps between Payload FW dev and QaaS test engineersContinuously monitor and analyze test results, identifying and reporting defectsThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:5+ years of experience as a technical Program Manager or in a technical role with systems experienceExperienced with software architecture design with proven ability to synthesize, and communicate solutions to complex technical problems with knowledge of building low-level software to run on hardware e.g. Firmware, BIOS, BMC, BSP... etc.Experience in the management of complex cross-group, cross-business, and cross-disciplinary projectsCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.Role Location: WashingtonCompensation Range: $92,000-$138,000Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
