　　Monitor use of performance management tools for accurate data collection and provide updates to leadership.Lead continuous improvement projects (safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost).Perform work measurement on several of the key manufacturing constraints to better capture root causes of production losses.Implement best practices and develop standard work.Update work instructions or process instructions.Engage daily with operators on the floor.Troubleshoot process / equipment issues with operators, maintenance, and/or process engineering.Conduct safety audits and assist in investigating any safety incidents.Perform root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality concerns.
