Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Technical Marketing Operations Manager to join a Financial Services company in Irvine, CA. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible strategic oversight of the

　　Marketing department through effective project management, budget oversight, marketing analytics and reporting, and management of Marketing, technology, systems and automation. This candidate should be extremely well versed with Salesforce and be able to identify problems with the platform to ensure it is working as intended for the marketing team. Additionally the Manager will analyze data, assess trends, and develop monthly dashboards of KPIs for reporting. This individual will work closely with both the Marketing and Salesforce Admin/Development teams. The ideal employee should have a go-getter mentality and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This position require to sit onsite in Irvine, CA

　　Skills and Requirements

　　3-5 years of marketing operations experience

　　Has experience with Salesforce (required)

　　Has experience with reporting and analytics

　　Experience with ticketing systems to troubleshoot Salesforce

　　Experience managing marketing project costs and external vendors/contractors Has experience with Five9 (preferred; not required)

　　Experience with Wordpress

　　Experience developing SOPs null
