Key Responsibilities:
Act as a link between regional sales organization and central marketing.
Support the organization and execution of regional customer events, field days, seminars, and trainings in close cooperation with Team Leader KA, Crop Managers, Regional Sales organization and Event Manager.
Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns, contribute in the planning of the country marketing, advertising and sales promotion activities.
Ensure the development of a reliable Market intelligence throughout the sales region: collect information from farmers and distributors on BASF and CPP-competitor products, information on seed companies and solutions beyond crop protection; data input will come from sales reps and market developers
Support the Team Leader KA and the marketing team in implementing and maintaining a customer relation management (CRM) system.
Focus all activities on achieving the sales budget; participation in bottom-up budgeting process.
Ensure full inter-functional cooperation with technical and sales department
Requirements:
University Degree in Agriculture or similar discipline
Proficiency in Ukrainian and English both written and spoken
Profound CPP market knowledge
Profound marketing knowledge (segmentation, marketing concepts, promotion tools etc.)
Project management skills
