What We're Looking for In An Individual:
An individual to Lead, Coordinate, and Direct all activities of the company within the guidelines of the company policy to accomplish the plants' objectives as related to Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and ProfitabilityA minimum of 6 years in a manufacturing setting as, at a minimum, a production manager or site managerSomeone who is self-directed, can establish a plan, set goals/objectives and implement work procedures. Carolina Nonwovens, LLC, provides guidance, but the Plant Manager will have flexibility to create his/her own culture.
