  Your role:

  Your role is one that we’ve put a lot of thought into, we’ve tested and experimented, and we believe it presents an opportunity for you to really own the marketing strategy and propel yourself in your demand generation career. You’ll be exposed to a lot more fields of marketing in your role, it's not the same thing every day every week. You’ll follow a proven and tested method, rather than starting from scratch, and there are processes in place to get you on board and get campaigns out quickly.

  Reporting to Keith Tang - Director of Demand Generation IO CXM/Demand Generation ICA, you’ll be part of a very diverse team. You’ll own the marketing plan for your solution area and regions; specifically owning and executing campaigns while working with the global team on pipeline generation campaigns. You will work independently with little to moderate supervision, and you’ll collaborate with sales and the customer engagement team, as well as global product and marketing teams to localise and execute the GTM strategy at the regional level.

  You will be responsible for the Intelligent Communications Automation (ICA) marketing campaign portfolio for Asia Pacific (including Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), Singapore and Hong Kong (SGHK), Japan and Partner Territories) across digital, PPC, PPL, webinar, event, telemarketing, and partners campaigns, and you’ll engage and manage suppliers, vendors, and agencies to deliver on campaigns, as well as managing the APAC demand generation budget - tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaigns and driving ROI.

  You’ll work closely with sales, presales customer success, product and global campaign managers, on the development and execution of the Asia Pacific demand generation plan, coordinating with internal experts, such as designers, content authors, product experts and sales to drive and support all campaign activity.

  What you bring:

  You have proven experience in a demand generation and/or campaign management role within a computer software/SaaS organisation; you can demonstrate your experience in running integrated marketing campaigns for a B2B technology company, and you possess a strong understanding of the considerations for regional, industry, and audience variances within your campaign plans.

  You’re experienced in conceptualising, developing, and executing an integrated demand generation campaign plan tied to demand generation targets, and you have a successful track record of executing programs with internal and external team members that are responsible for executing tasks.

  You have outstanding communication skills; you’re able to work as part of a team, and you’re great at working cross-functionally, building credibility and relationships.

  You are independent, accountable, detailed and a high energy self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work in a growth environment, and you’ve had hands on experience working with technologies such as Salesforce.com and marketing automation solutions such as Eloqua, Marketo, Marketing Cloud or Pardot.

  You’ve worked in an international role already and you’re flexible, willing to take calls outside of normal business hours from time to time (team calls involving NORAM and EMEA regions).
