Description

Robert Half Marketing Creative is looking for a freelance social media specialist for one of our clients. This position is 100% remote and around 10-15 hours a week!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) based on creative briefs.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community.

Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful content.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create and execute content calendars based on creative briefs.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate insights.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
