Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Routing Configuration Specialist in San Francisco, California. This role is primarily in the logistics industry and involves the use of optimization software to design and adjust routes, data analysis for efficiency improvements, and close coordination with various teams including operations and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize route optimization software to develop and implement efficient route configurations.

• Analyze route data to identify potential areas for improvement and implement changes to boost efficiency.

• Coordinate effectively with the operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless route execution.

• Adjust routes based on real-time data and feedback using route optimization software.

• Maintain accurate records of route configurations and changes.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently using the required software and tools.

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Suite and other relevant software for data entry and email correspondence.

• Keep organized files and perform calculations as required by the role.

Requirements

• Must possess skills in 10 Key

• Should have strong customer service skills

• Expected to have experience in data entry

• Must be proficient in email correspondence

• Should be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Must have experience in organizing files

• Should be able to perform calculations

• Must have experience in scanning and typing

• Should have skills in data analysis

• Expected to have experience in computer data entry

• Must be proficient in Google Suite.
