Description We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in the bustling city of Seattle, Washington. The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative assistance in a busy, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage a multi-line phone system, offer high-quality concierge services, and organize files with precision and accuracy. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide superior customer service to clientele, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Deliver high-quality concierge services, including but not limited to, making reservations, providing information on local attractions, and assisting with various requests.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry tasks.
• Organize files and documents in an orderly and efficient manner, ensuring all information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Use interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the workplace. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in Administrative Assistance is required
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
• Prior experience in Concierge Services is preferred
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to organize files efficiently
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
