　　The Senior Associate Cybersecurity Engineer contributes to developing the cybersecurity engineering roadmap, and delivers/designs secure systems, cyber applications, technical projects and regulatory and risk requirements. This includes cybersecurity engineered solutions, framework, program optimization, vulnerability remediation, metrics reporting, performance analysis and mitigation of operational risk in a high velocity culture. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

　　We are looking for a technical Cybersecurity engineer, who can drive the Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) development lifecycle, in support of the security operations & Incident Response teams. Along with the skills of developing automated solutions, individuals should have a background and or knowledge in cloud infrastructure in particular experience deploying cloud platforms primarily through infrastructure as code and automation. Individuals should also have experience testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues within Python or other programming languages.

　　Responsibilities

　　Design, implement, standardize, and maintain efficient and reusable Python code or other programming languageWrite, test, and maintain automation scripts and or workflows within SOAR platformReview, test, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout all stages of Software Development Life CycleAbility to navigate and adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment with a team of like-minded, cross-functional individualsDevelops engineering specifications to ensure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts to conform with security, resilience, and dependability requirements at the software application, system, and network environment levelAssists cybersecurity architects in the design and development of security solutions consistent with business goals and risk toleranceValidates current and future state architectural models to assess impact across assigned Cybersecurity technology systemsEnsures compliance to audit, regulatory and legal requirements. Designs and implements solutions to align with the Cybersecurity StrategyBuilds and maintains effective relationships with peers and internal business partners. Manages relationships with security partners and vendors. Maintains in-depth knowledge of security trends, threats and attack techniquesDrives research innovation and continuous coverage of malicious activity in custom intelligence research tools. Maintains in-depth knowledge of security trends, threats and attack techniquesCorrelates incident data to identify specific vulnerabilities and makes recommendations that enable expeditious remediation

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

　　Bachelors - Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Information Security, Information Technology1+ Years - Information Security, Application Security, Security Engineering or related

　　Internal applicants only: technical proficiency rating of advanced beginner on the Dreyfus engineering scale

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $71,500.00 to $121,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
