  As a Cybersecurity Reporting professional, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Remediation and Reporting team focused on providing visibility into a broad range of Cybersecurity risks. This is achieved by developing reporting to enable understanding, prioritization, and remediation of said risks. This role will support the existing report suite maintenance and enhancement, as well as developing new reports to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.

  The Cybersecurity Remediation and Reporting team is part of the broader Cybersecurity Risk Center of Expertise, with the overarching goal of providing transparency on risk and enabling stakeholders to make informed risk-based decisions.

  Responsibilities

  Support existing reporting for Cybersecurity on ServiceNow and Tableau platforms

  Mature the automation of Cybersecurity reporting across a number of tools and technologies

  Implement improvements to existing reporting based on stakeholder feedback; proactively identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for improvement

  Evaluate, implement, and learn new reporting platforms and tools as the area continues to mature

  Partner with Cybersecurity teams and programs to understand their data in depth, and develop relevant reporting based on that data

  Create and maintain documentation related to reporting environment

  This position requires self-motivation and a strong willingness to learn and maintain relationships across all cyber programs. Ability and strong desire to independently innovate, research, and implement new concepts, tools, and technologies is a must.

  Minimum Qualifications

  At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  Bachelors – Information Security, Information Technology, Analytics, Business or Project Management

  4+ Years – Information Security, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, Project Management or related

  In lieu of a degree 6+ Years – Information Security, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, Project Management or related

  Internal applicants only: technical proficiency rating of competent on the Dreyfus cybersecurity scale

  Preferred Qualifications

  If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  Strong knowledge and experience with general ServiceNow reporting

  Previous knowledge and experience developing within ServiceNow Performance Analytics

  Working knowledge of Tableau report development and maintenance

  Experience with scripting languages; e.g. JavaScript

  Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts and functions such as vulnerability management and data loss prevention

  General familiarity with information security regulatory requirements

  Knowledge of risk management concepts is a plus

  Compensation:

  The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
