Description We are in the process of hiring a Receptionist for our law firm located in Midland, Texas. The role involves managing the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and maintaining the office environment. This role provides a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or taking messages

• Welcoming and directing visitors who arrive at the office

• Handling daily mail operations and ensuring they are processed promptly

• Coordinating the scheduling of conference rooms for meetings and events

• Overseeing the ordering and maintenance of office supplies to ensure smooth operations

• Keeping the front desk area clean, organized and detail oriented in appearance

• Undertaking special assignments as and when they arise

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word for various tasks

• Leveraging interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

• Conducting data entry tasks and organizing files efficiently. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy

• Proficient in email correspondence

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files efficiently
