About Portfolio Administrator/Data Assistant

  Our client, a real estate development company, is seeking a Portfolio Administrator/Data Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5pm (some flex needed) and this role is in the office five days a week.

  Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive data research and administrative support to a teamManage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain physical office spaceOrganize data in Yardi and pull reports to use in ExcelAssist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations by gathering and analyzing dataGenerate reports and dashboards that visually communicate key performance indicators and trendsMonitor email communication and perform general office tasksQualifications:Degree preferredExperience working in the Commercial Real Estate sector3-5+ years of experience in a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)Excel skills: filtering and formatting of data, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPResourceful team playerCompensation/Benefits:Up to $70-80K base depending on experience + bonus15 days PTO100% company paid medical, dental, and vision401K and pension planHousing/parking discountsWellness programs including gym discountSummer Fridays with early close 1pmCatered Wednesday lunch!Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
