Job Description
Answer inbound phone calls efficiently and with proper etiquette (expected 80-100 calls/day)
Schedule patient appointments in the correct office with the appropriate care team member
Triage calls to determine urgency of patients need and escalate to clinic when necessary
Direct phone calls to appropriate department as necessary (ie Medical Records, Referrals, Billing)
Provide patients with general information, location, and answers to questions
Accurately document conversations within the patient medical record
Document and send communications to the clinical team via the EMR
Minimum Requirements
Telemarketing, Sales or Call Center Experience: min. 1 year
Clinical experience/schooling strongly preferred
High School Graduate
Electronic Health Records experience
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (onsite)
