　　Do you want to have a key role in setting the strategic direction for Production IT solutions (in short named PDS IT Solutions), and develop the partnership between one of our key business areas and IT? Are you interested in exploring what it means to implement solutions on a global scale across our four production sites in Valby, Lumsås, Italy and France?

　　Join our Pharma IT powerhouse and work in the interface between Production Development and Supply (PDS) and IT in a highly complex pharma context. We are looking for a Head of Department for our PDS IT Solutions team who can provide leadership and guidance to the team while delivering on projects alongside.

　　Your new role

　　As Head of PDS IT Solutions, you will have a senior role in a team that delivers business value by sourcing, implementing, and managing IT solution to continuously improve and digitalize areas within production and facility management.

　　Our deliveries to the PDS organization are mainly focusing on tasks and projects of different scales related to IT solutions within manufacturing- and packaging lines, MES, facility management and other systems relevant for the manufacturing area. The team is also involved in a strategic project looking at securing our network infrastructure and architecture for the future of our production and packaging facilities.

　　You will lead a team of 6 experienced and self-driven Solution Architects and Project Managers who provide an end-to-end perspective on PDS IT solutions. You will have a key role in defining the strategic direction for PDS IT solutions and manage the roadmap and portfolio for IT initiatives in PDS while also being in the “engine room” and deliver on projects yourself.

　　You will be part of the Global IT leadership team where you will work closely with other IT functions and groups to secure resources and alignment to effectively deliver IT solutions to the business within PDS.

This entails ensuring that the team delivers future proof IT solutions that supports the strategic objectives, while maintaining a coherent IT architecture, security and compliance standards.

　　You will participate in relevant steering committees and work closely with relevant stakeholders in PDS and Global IT. This means that you will engage with various stakeholders including IT specialists from Global IT, PDS colleagues, implementation partners and our outsourcing partners.

　　As Head of PDS IT Solutions, you will become part of Business IT Delivery within Global IT. Business IT Delivery is our Pharma IT Powerhouse consisting of solutions architects and project managers, partnering closely with key business areas; R&D, PDS and Supporting Functions. Global IT is a dynamic department with approximate 130 colleagues around the globe.

　　We deliver IT and digital solutions while ensuring efficient operations to more than 5300 colleagues across all business areas and geographies. 　　What you likely bring to the team:

　　Experience working with IT/OT solutions that supports manufacturing, preferably within a GxP environment or other relevant regulations

　　Leadership experience and ability to build close partnerships with various stakeholders

　　An ability to clearly communicate where the organization is headed and works to foster enthusiasm towards this vision

　　IT delivery understanding and experience collaborating with various IT functions (cyber security, infrastructure, change management, quality management)

　　A pragmatic, structured and curious mindset, and an ability to enable and support cross-functional teamwork
