Serves as the Back-up Utility Plant Operator (UPO) and assists in the operation, maintenance and repairs to the Water Distribution System and Wastewater Systems. Responsible for regulatory compliance in all utility operations and completion of required reports and laboratory testing as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
