This dynamic position requires a creative and detail-orientedprofessional who can develop and execute effective marketing strategieswhile simultaneously coordinating and overseeing multiple projects.
?The Marketing Director position is responsible for enhancing theuniversity\'s visibility, reputation, and engagement with targetaudiences for the School of Business and Technology, the School ofScience and Mathematics, and the School of Visual and Performing Arts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop a deep working knowledge of all aspects of the School ofBusiness and Technology, the School of Science and Mathematics, and theSchool of Visual and Performing Arts and actively execute keycommunication initiatives to advance marketing strategies aligned withuniversity goals.
Collaborate with Marketing + Communication team members and school Deansto develop and manage marketing strategies across programs includingmessaging, enrollment growth, promotion of events and initiatives toadvance goals, objectives, and targets.
Identify and recommend new ways to promote university offerings andincrease engagement and use data to inform, adjust and evolve campaignsand deliverables.
Positively and regularly collaborate with internal and externalstakeholders to establish and/or support marketing objectives, completetasks and identify and solve problems.
Project Management:
Serve as the liaison with faculty and staff for marketing,communication, and enrollment initiatives to ensure timely andsuccessful project completion.
Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigatingpotential roadblocks.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with school deans,meet monthly to determine needs, identify opportunities and reportstatus on ongoing projects and enrollment.
Maintain office within respective schools three days per week and twodays per week in Marketing + Communication.
Content Creation and Management:
Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, includingbrochures, videos, social media content, and more.
Ensure school web presence is up to date, in alignment with webstandards and style guide and develop web content in alignment with SEOobjectives and guidelines.
Brand Management:
Lead, manage, ensure adherence to, and flawless execution of, the ESUbrand at every opportunity.
In close partnership with school Deans, faculty and fellow Marketing +Communication team members, identify opportunities to raise the profileof ESU by capturing, promoting and earning media coverage throughfaculty and student stories, key events, initiatives and activities.
Event Promotion:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote university events,including conferences, seminars, campus visits and tours and scholarshipsignings.
Collaborate with event organizers to ensure successful event marketing.
