Job Description

　　Day to Day:

　　One of our local government clients is looking for a Programming Analyst to join their team! This person needs to be very comfortable with true full stack development in order to enhance and maintain current applications. Outside of development, this person will act as support for certain technical matters happening at the courthouse requiring immediate attention. You should be prepared to have your hands in the mix in the following duties: ticketing, business analysis work, customer/end user support, etc. We are looking for someone who is familiar and comfortable with full stack development to ensure these applications are fully supported. In this role, you will be conversing with both technical end users and non-technical so it is a must that you are able to translate technical requirements and updates. You will be responsible for working on existing applications and making enhancements along with bug fixes and support. When working with these systems and applications, you will develop comprehensive test plans for the programming to ensure validation. Some responsibilities will include but are not limited to: analyzing and modifying database systems, running SQL scripts to conduct analysis, maintaining the data, and troubleshooting solutions. This includes working with Project Managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle to ensure quality assurance best practices, code functionality, and application updates. This person needs to be comfortable being in an on-call support environment in order to attend to any issues.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Must Haves:

　　-4+ years of Full Stack development experience, focusing heavily within Web Development

　　-Tech Stack can be .Net, C#, Angular, Java, React, JavaScript, etc

　　-4-5+ years of Database experience, preferably in Oracle or SQL Server

　　Specifically, Database design or Database Analysis-Willingness to learn a new language that is currently being used in the clients environment

　　-Ability to assist with bug fixes, documentation, analysis and moving through the SDLC

　　-Obtains a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field Nice to Have:

　　-Angular, Node.JS development

　　-Experience migrating legacy code to a new language

　　-Linux Server experience

　　-Understanding of docker and/or container environments null
