Position Overview
We are seeking an HR professional with a particular focus on operational excellence to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning company-wide HR strategies with business objectives, with a specific emphasis on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within the HR function. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, a focus on relationships and collaboration, as well as deep understanding of HR practices.
Primary Responsibilities
HRBP Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR to understand HR strategies that support operational excellence. Collaborate with the business, HRBPs, and HR COEs to evaluate and enhance HR processes to increase efficiency, reduce redundancy, and improve overall effectiveness. Lead efforts to create HRBP key process playbooks to allow for knowledge transfer and consistent execution across the HRBP team. Implement best practices and streamline HR workflows.
Project Management: Oversee and manage various HRBP initiatives and projects. Coordinate with HR teams to ensure adequate support and expertise for project success.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to assess HR operational performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Training and Development: Identify training needs for HRBP team and partner with Talent Development team to develop programs to enhance operational skills. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR function.
Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align HRBP operations with overall HR and business objectives. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote understanding and support for HRBP initiatives.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a focus on operational efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and change management initiatives.
Experience with HR technology and data analytics.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $78,000- $110,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here (https://rise.articulate.com/share/NWT-xukAz2nsMapN3L3TSRXfxzBGrFh_#/) .
