  Job Summary:

  The Specialist in Ad Operations will be responsible for executing and optimizing high volume advertising campaigns and contributing to their overall success. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role will work under moderate supervision with latitude for independent problem solving.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Campaign Setup: Launch advertising campaigns across various owned channel platforms, in collaboration with the broader Retail Media / Ad Operations team, and ensuring all components are accurate and in compliance with industry standards. Accountable for launching and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure that ad creatives and materials are in line with industry standards, client specifications, and privacy regulations. Exercises independent judgement within defined procedures, but must be able to identify and escalate any quality concerns.

  Data Monitoring: Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as spend, click-through rates, conversion rates, and impression volumes.

  Optimization: Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data, implementing adjustments to improve ROI and meet client objectives.

  Client Support: Work closely with Account Managers and clients to address inquiries, provide updates on campaign performance, and troubleshoot issues promptly.

  Reporting: Generate and share comprehensive campaign performance reports with internal teams and clients, identify and summarize key findings and insights.

  Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, finance and analytics, to ensure the seamless execution and optimization of owned channel campaigns.

  Ad Technology: Stay current with industry trends, ad platforms, and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team to enhance campaign performance.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  3+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations or campaign management

  Familiarity with ad serving platforms, ad technologies, and advertising analytics

  Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

  Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.

  Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, IAB, AdWords) are a plus

  The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

  $64,800.00 - $97,200.00
