Ensure that the close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner, including ensuring monthly closing checklists and requirements are completed and deadlines are met.

　　Responsible for compiling and reviewing financial information and ensure completeness and compliance with internal processes, and generally accepted accounting principles.

　　Responsible for financial statements preparation and ensure compliance with IFRS.

　　Responsible for smooth internal and external financial audit and ensure minimal and immaterial audit findings.

　　Ensure that general ledger accounts are properly reconciled and true representative of the financial transactions.

　　Provide accurate and timely reports to various stakeholders.

　　Understand the internal accounting process, identify practices that will result to misstatements and non-compliance to internal processes, GAAP and IFRS, and recommend resolution and improvement.

　　Adhoc task as may be determined or assigned.

　　Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

　　Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Financial Reporting function.

　　CPA or equivalent experience

　　Knowledge with ERP systems preferably, Netsuite and Fusion

　　Hands on experience in internal and external financial audit

　　Strong accounting, analytical and research skills

　　Good presentation and communication skills
