What you will do Provide professional nursing ormedical assistant care under supervision or scope of licensure forclinic patients. * Room patients, perform and document vital signs andpatient backgrounds. * Coordinate provider schedules and appointment,enter orders and prepare patient charts. * Coordinate providerschedules and appointment, enter orders and prepare patient charts. *Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of licensure orcertification. * Prepare patients and assist medical providers within-office procedures and prepare and administermedications/immunizations. * Maintain exam rooms and equipment to bewithin infection control standards. * Ensure appropriate levels ofmedical supplies for each patient room. Qualifications * CPS/BLSCertification Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from approvedprogram or Prevea sponsored program. Upon Hire Required MedicalAssistant * Current clinical experience as a Medical Assistant. *Certified as a Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant,or Registered Medical Assistant in the state of WI through an approvedaccreditor. Licensed Practical Nurse * Graduation from an accreditedschool of practical nursing. * Valid Practical Nursing license in thestate of WI through an approved accreditor. Emergency Medical Technician* Graduation from an accredited Emergency Medical Technician program.* Licensed EMT or AEMT and maintain this credential throughoutemployment If holds other licenses that supersede CMA/RMA license maypractice to the highest level of licensure with the approval of QualityResources. Experience Qualifications * Current clinical experience as aMedical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or previous experience asan Emergency Medical Technician or Advanced Emergency Medical TechnicianPreferred In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will berequired to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United Stateand to complete the required employment eligibility document form uponhire.
