Job Description:
The Event & Learning Management Systems Specialist will report to the Director, Digital Marketing and work collaboratively with the digital marketing technology team, as well as internal stakeholders, to implement the best event and learning management systems and ensure adoption and utilization are high across the organization. This individual is also responsible for ongoing support of the event and learning management systems across Envista and all operating companies globally, including enhancements, troubleshooting, requests, and performing user testing. Works with subject matter experts in each operating company to optimize the systems and ensure successful deployments of events and eLearning initiatives. This individual will create and maintain all user training guides for the technologies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Operating Company marketing teams in launching educational courses and events to ensure understanding and use of tools
Provide technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for LMS management and user support
Present creative ideas to adapt and expand use of tool, adding value to the end user
Recommends best practices and effective approaches for events marketing logistics and eLearning
Regularly monitors and responds to support tickets to manage and prioritize user-reported problems
Monitor effectiveness of training as well as the adoption and usage of tools, procedures, policies, and programs
Creates and executes plan of action for future improvements to standard work, content management, workflow processes, and user experiences
Serve as LMS and CVENT expert for multiple stakeholders to collaborate and problem solve
Support Envista Global Events team in CVENT registration and digital logistics design and execution (includes on-site support)
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant area
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
Experience in developing online learning platforms and content
Experience troubleshooting technical errors and user testing
Experience in event coordination
Experience with Learning Management System(s) and Event Management technologies, Cvent experience a plus
Strong communication skills (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills)
Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
