The Site Maintenance & ReliabilityManager is responsible for the maintenance & reliability staff,programs, budgets & delivering performance at or above target levels.Site Maintenance & Reliability manager will also lead the Break DownElimination & predictive maintenance programs through TPM principleswhile managing capability building of the maintenance teams. What YouWill Do * Is a Role Model for Safety; * Ownership of Process Downtime(PDT), Breakdown Elimination (BDE) & Predictive maintenance KPI\'s andmaintenance budgets; * Ensures that operating assets meet or exceed PDTtargets through standard work processes that drive performance andcontinuous improvement; * Ownership of the technical & non-technicalroll maintenance program; * Links operational losses with equipmentreliability to deliver the highest possible system results; * Managesthe effective execution of the BDE process including site wide actionsto best leverage finite resources; * Manages maintenance budgets incooperation with the respective operations and maintenance leads; *Site representative for contractor safety, efficiency and management ofcontracts when perform maintenance work; * Collaborates with SiteEngineering & Facilities Manger on key reliability initiatives todeliver \"1st Time Right\" CAPEX execution with maintenance &reliability considerations integrated into all CAPEX; * Develops & owns1-3 year reliability continuous improvement plan for all major operatingareas; * Indirect management and leadership of site maintenancesupervisors; * Manages shift maintenance resources through wastewatertreatment plant maintenance lead; * Oversees * and coordinates theMaintenance Material, External Services & Essity Labor Budgets. Includessupporting the budgeting process and providing oversight/support foreach area to manage to their budgeted amounts.
