THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION

　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Make outbound calls to delinquent customers. Make payment arrangements with customers. Keep up-to-date reports and accurate pay histories. Send invoices, payment histories and copies of lease arrangements to customers. Resolve customer problems. Assist other Collectors as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

　　KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

　　Collections experience in leasing preferred

　　High School Diploma or equivalent is required

　　Strong communication skills

　　Excellent personal computer skills

　　Ability to work independently and within a team
