WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED:

· 1-2 Years of Tech / Desktop / Break Fix / IT Help Desk Experience

· Windows 10/11

Troubleshooting skills and hands on technical support and BREAK / FIX Experience

Ticketing Systems experience

Mobile Device Management (iPhones)

O365 (lower SKILL level needed)

Customer Service – need to be personable and fit with the culture. The “Face of IT”.

Certifications are a PLUS! No college degree required .

ANY Networking Experience ( Experience with switches, routers, firewalls)

Exposure to Intune, WSU (Windows Systems Update), and Avanti – USED to deploy packages OR a similar tool for deploying packages.
