　　Job Description/Preferred QualificationsYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical/vacuum equipment, computer systems and/or complex software.Responding to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.Creating and updating manuals and procedures.Assisting in setup and troubleshooting of equipment during factory startup and final test.Reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.Involvement in product installation and training.Travelling to different customer sites to provide to support customers worldwide per business needs. However, it is not expected that there will be extensive travel since most issues and support will be handled by the field service network.

　　Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years; or Associate's Degree + 4 years related work experience
