　　A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT MANAGER

　　The Restaurants/Terrace Level General Manager directs the activities of the Terrace Level a la carte food service operations. This position will require someone who is professional and highly visible to the Club's Membership. You will work closely with the culinary team to promote teamwork and the highest level of standards across the department and ensure a high standard of excellence. You will oversee and direct daily operations of the Terrace Level Restaurant and all Terrace Level staff. Ensure that all members and guests receive proper, attentive, coaching, and expedient service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. You will direct and supervise all Terrace level operations to include hiring, disciplining, training, and scheduling of all service personnel.
