Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be tasked with processing accounts payable, maintaining accurate financial records, and resolving any related inquiries. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and handle all accounts payable related activities.

• Utilize accounting software systems for data entry and management.

• Maintain and manage detailed financial records related to accounts payable.

• Handle any inquiries related to accounts payable in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.

• Utilize ERP-Enterprise Resource Planning for financial management and planning.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

• Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll and financial services.

• Use Concur for travel and expense management.

• Ensure proper account coding for all financial transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required.

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must.

• Knowledge of Concur is necessary.

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is essential.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting is important.

• Experience in Auditing is a must.

• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) is required.
