　　We are currently hiring an Accounting Associate in the Hub Financial Center (HFC). The HFC is the centralized accounting team for HUB International. Our Accounting Associates are at the core of our organization. Through a wide variety of assigned functions by department, they ensure that HUB delivers on its fiduciary responsibility to our clients, mitigate risk, and create value.

　　What you'll do: Analyze incoming payments to correctly record items Identify and process statements to apply commissions correctly Identify invoices and statements to ensure reconciliation of payments to our carriers and brokers Responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners Qualifications: 1-year experience in accounting/finance/customer service fields preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required What's in it for you? Based on your location, the initial first week of training are completed onsite at our Chilliwack, BC office location The expected salary range for this position is $34,125 to$48,750 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
