　　Then you’d be a great fit for our Dubai Design studio! We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our EMEA team of designers, user researchers, strategists and creatives. We produce beautifully crafted, award-winning digital products and services for a broad range of enterprise clients - From Media, Entertainment, Life Sciences, and Automotive to Finance, Technology, and Travel.

　　WHAT YOU’LL DO

　　Conceptualise and execute design through to project completion

　　Produce high quality deliverables for Arabic and Global audiences

　　Plan and run user research activities, gather and organise findings

　　Reuse and suggest new user-centric methodologies to frame problems / needs

　　Proactively challenge the design process and team members to consistently achieve the best outcome

　　Continue to learn and develop skills and methods across UX Strategy, Design Research, IA/Interaction design, Service design, Product Development and Thought Leadership

　　Mentor more junior colleagues and support their learning and development

　　WHAT YOU HAVE

　　At least 5 years experience professional experience, ideally in an agency environment

　　Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of industry standard design and prototyping tools and end-to-end experience

　　Experience working with multiple industry verticals and being client facing

　　Experience in generative and evaluative based research activities and understand the wider context of digital product design

　　Experience working in an agile environment, and have experience working collaboratively with engineering teams

　　Fluent English
