We're seeking an experienced Lead .NET Engineer with advanced technical skills to join our team at EPAM Vietnam. As a critical player in the team, you will take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery of results. In addition to this, your leadership and mentoring skills will be the key factors in driving the team toward success.

　　WHAT YOU’LL DO

　　Drive continuous improvement of software quality and maintainability of products or features

　　Contribute to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems

　　Be responsible for ensuring code quality by adapting engineering best practices in code review and approving pull requests

　　Design and implement services based on different standards for REST, data integration techniques, eventing, messaging and transformation engines, as well as downstream platforms and services (APIs)

　　Design and implement solutions using Microsoft cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure) and associated PaaS services such as Microsoft Azure API Mgmt, Gateway, App service, Application Gateway, Table Storage, MongoDB /Cosmos DB, Service Bus, AKS, and other relevant technologies

　　Document and generate API specifications to standards and work with stakeholders to provide a seamless integration experience

　　Drive the Building Permit process end-to-end for the client platform involving various domain architects review & approvals in the APAC region

　　WHAT YOU HAVE

　　Have 6+ years of experience in developing high-quality software development using. NET

　　Possess strong technical skills in the design and construction of web-based solutions using C#, .NET (and or .NET 6/Core 3.1) and other web technologies with .NET Core and ASP.NET

　　Understand server-side principles and their relation to front-end development and delivery

　　Familiar with architecture styles: APIs (REST, RPC) and API security (Oauth 2.0, OpenID, JWT)

　　Understand software development process concepts, application, infrastructure and cloud security, assessment methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle, and Agile Methodologies

　　Have fluency in both written and spoken English (B2+), excellent communication and interpersonal skills
