Job Purpose
The inbound manager monitors & tracks receipt, storage and issue of materials and products; plans & maintains warehouse, investigates issues related to delivery/ rejections/ etc. ensures preparedness of facility for audits; and co-ordinates materials movements within internal & external stakeholders.
Oversee the end-to-end process for receiving supplier stock as well as store reverse IBTs. Proactively managing non-conformance and non-balancing deliveries in receiving. Proactively manage stock density and health within the warehouse by reallocating stock for efficiencies. Identifying and recommending necessary infrastructure changes to improve performance and scalability in receiving. Ensure timeous execution of inter-warehouse IBTs to avoid delay in orders fulfilment and manage the stock-flow across both warehouses. Organically grow the capability of receiving and operations in line with the business growth and strategic vision. Proactively identify opportunities to de-risk receiving and warehouse density
Oversees operational adherence to forecasting schedules, customer specifications, quality, and safety standards to minimize disruptions and maximize throughput while effectively guiding the warehouse teams folding into them.

Daily Operations of the WarehouseFinancial budgeting/ planning and metricsManage the Warehouse teams in respect of infrastructure, systems, reporting and analytics platforms to ensure efficiencies and optimisation for effective service deliverySystem and Quality ManagementManage and implement robust processes for Inventory/stock levels efficiently to ensure full warehouse optimization and accurate processing of orders.

Education Qualification
Bachelors/BTec in Commerce / Supply chain / Industrial Engineering
Good analytical working experience or subjects related to the Degree
Relevant Work Experience
2+ years of leadership experience in comprehensive supply chain management environment Minimum working experience of two (2) years pharma or food industry experience preferredA sound knowledge of relevant quality working standards & safe working procedures as well as the requirements of the Health and Safety legislation (OHS Act/ ISO standards), also including GWP and / or cGMP, GDP and safe work practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including excel), SAP, warehouse management systems, and database systems.Proven Experience in a leadership role with oversight of multiple supervisors
