We are looking for an experienced financial analyst to join our diverse and well-respected Wood Products Finance team. In this role you will support the Wood Products Finance Lead Team and work with a wide range of business leaders within our multiple product lines, as well as other corporate groups, to drive operational excellence using problem solving, financial and analytical skills. Our focus is to move beyond data mining, providing the right level of information and decision making to execute business strategy and ensure top quartile performance over the business cycle.
Successful candidates in this role will be capable of multi-tasking and be adept at moving easily between financial operations projects, analytical analysis, and management reporting activities. Core to this role will be a passion for continuous improvement, particularly with respect to processes and tools to streamline reporting and analytics. This role will act as a close business partner to manage and participate in various projects, and is expected to act with urgency, be courageous, and innovative.
This position will work closely with the Wood Products Financial Lead Team, and report to the Wood Products Sr. Director of Finance and Planning. This position will be based out of Weyerhaeuser headquarters in Seattle, WA, in a hybrid office and remote work environment. Typically, the role is expected to be in the office three days per week. The role does not require routine travel, however occasional travel for group meetings or site location visits may be required. This is a full time, exempt position.

Assist Wood Products on various projects, analysis, and executive reportingSupport quarterly segment reporting coordination with Enterprise Planning and Investor RelationsParticipate in strategic process and system enhancementsProvide Business Roadmaps and strategic planning supportManage Operational Excellence reportingCoordinate segment Internal Control performance and monitoring activitiesSupport Annual Planning, including budget and SG&A

*Compensation *
This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $92,500 - $138,700 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
