Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for our team based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This role involves the use of various accounting software systems and ERP solutions to conduct accounts receivable and billing functions, process checks, and manage cash activity. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your skills in Great Plains (GPAC), IBM AS/400, and Microsoft Excel will be put to good use.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions to manage accounts receivable and billing functions.

• Process checks and manage cash activity to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

• Use Great Plains (GPAC) and IBM AS/400 systems for various accounting functions.

• Employ Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications.

• Respond to and resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ERP Solutions

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Ability to manage Cash Activity

• Experience in Check Processing
