This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As a Transfer Pricing Tax Professional , you will be responsible to:
Define and implement Siemens Healthineers transferpricing guidelines and independently drive technical transfer pricing projects
Be responsible for the operational transfer pricesteering of Siemens Healthineers Group companies; prepare repors and studiesfor management as requested
Defend Siemens Healthineers transfer pricing in domesticand foreign tax audits, may act as first accountable point of contact for taxauthorities, as well as support APA and MAP procedures, as applicable
Monitor global and local legislative changes in the areaof transfer pricing and check possible effects on intra-group transactions
Coordinate and manage the preparation of transfer pricingreports by external consultants which includes providing the relevant data andfactual foundations of transactions that require documentation
Drive digitalization projects within the tax function toautomate and optimize tax and transfer pricing related processes

Provide subject matter expert with comprehensive andauthoritative (broad and deep) experience in the field of transfer pricing to supportand advise the business areas of the Siemens Healthineers Group on thestructuring of cross-border value chains and transactions.
Act as a specialist within the organization.
Work collaboratively with the U.S. Head of Tax for SiemensHealthineers as well as other members of the Tax Department.
Act as a point of contact for external tax advisors, CFOs ofSiemens Healthineers entities, as well as external auditors and taxauthorities
Required skillsto have for the success of this role
Bachelor’s or master’sdegree in business, Finance, Economics or another related field
Extensive professionalexperience (minimum of ten (10)+ years) in the field of transfer pricingconsulting and/or tax in a capital market-oriented, globally active company
Strong business and economicknowledge (including financial analysis, market and competition analysis)
Strong analytical skills thatenable you to quickly process and solve complex transfer pricing issues
Ability to form relationshipsand collaborate across global matrixed functions, including the ability to interacteffectively within various levels of management
In-depth experience in the useof common data processing programs (e.g., MS Office, SAP BW)
Strong oral and writtencommunication skills.
Familiarity with internationaltax concepts enacted as part of U.S. tax reform (TCJA) a plus
This position will be based out of one of the SiemensHealthineers’ north east offices in New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania, undera hybrid work model. The individual will have flexibility to work remotely, as well as in the office for meetings,projects, or collaboration time. Travel may also be required (about 10% of the time).
The payrange for this position is $115,000 - $160,000 annually; however, base payoffered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay.
