  DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports. * Administer programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the department. * Compile data and organize reports using Microsoft Office tools. * Receive and direct employees and guest to the HR Department (Reception and Phone Responsibilities) * May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the organization. * Provide policy information.  Answer and assist with basic employee questions regarding Benefits, Policies, program enrollment, tax forms, and etc. * Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards, perform job functions in a safe manner, wear all PPE required by Company Policy were required, know & follow established job specific and facility wide safety & health procedures and rules, participate in safety and health training & demonstrate competency based on training received, and bring safety and health issues, unsafe acts, and safety suggestions to management's attention or correct those you can.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS * HS Diploma with one (1) to three (3) years of experience in Human Resources & Safety.  * Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft office software, (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) * Ability to maintain confidentiality. * Accuracy and attention to detail required. * Successfully complete all training required by the safety/training matrix within 6 months, or within time constraints set by governmental regulations. * Payroll and/or Timekeeping experience preferred. * Excellent Customer Service skills required. * Multi-tasking skills required. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
