Manager, Service Delivery - International
About the Position
The Manager, Service Delivery - International is will serve as the leadin facilitating the identification, definition, and delivery of ITinfrastructure and IT business services for existing and new businesslines and locations. In this highly visible role, you will lead a crossfunctional team consisting of business stakeholders and IT staff (ITInfrastructure, Service Desk, Information Security, and IT BusinessAdministration) using a mix of traditional project managementdisciplines and Agile, Scrum-based practices. You will be responsiblefor assisting in owning, guiding technology relationships and day to dayoperations supporting a dynamic and growing organization. You willensure adherence to contractual obligations, conform to IT governancestandards, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans. Thisrole requires understanding the end-to-end technology service catalog,standard IT Service Management frameworks, and IT operations. The idealcandidate will leverage their skills to become a trusted partner,consultant and technology generalist for the internal business units wesupport. The individual will actively contribute to the success of theoverall IT Service Delivery program and provide tactical/operationaldirection and demand management to enable alignment of business needswith IT capabilities.
Responsibilities
Aligning the IT priorities with the business plans and acting as anadvisor to the business stakeholders for IT related topicsManage the overall planning, direction, coordination, execution,control and completion of IT Service Delivery needsProvide strong, proactive and assertive leadership for IT ServiceDelivery needsProvide delivery management oversight for IT Operations and supportteams responsible for a wide array of IT technologies and functionsDefine, implement improvements and meet SLAsBuilds and maintains strong business stakeholder relationships andparticipates in business owner meetings regarding performance toensure customer satisfactionServes as the primary point of contact for business stakeholdersregarding overall and day-to-day service deliveryActing as an escalation point for the business stakeholders in caseof IT service issuesRegularly collecting feedback on satisfaction with key IT servicesCommunication and alignment with business stakeholders on ITcompliance and governance activitiesResponsible for the oversight of the technical components of theManaged Service relationship with application vendorsLead the preparation, obtain agreement and manage the IT budgetswithin the area of responsibility, in collaboration with IT BusinessManagement, Operations, and Business SolutionsOversee the creation of deliverables including architecture andtechnical designEnsures that implementations and ongoing services are delivered ontime and meet business requirements by maintaining tight controlover the project schedule, risks, the scope of work and budgetEnsures that operational teams and subcontractors maintain a clearunderstanding of the business needs and provides day-to-day adviceand supportDevelop and drive a strategic vision and continuous improvementroadmap th t optimizes architecture and system performanceconsistent with the strategy of the businessAssist IT leadership with developing long-term technology roadmap,resource plans, and budgetsDrives the simplification and standardization of shared IT servicesand applicationsEnsure proper implementation of global standards, policies andsystems platformsPromotes the IT organization\'s capabilities and works to strengthenthe business value of the IT organizationEstablish and provide high-quality, informative written and verbalproject communications, including status, dashboards and ServiceDelivery project updatesProvide leadership and guidance including coaching, mentoring andevaluation with the end goal being optimum performance levelsOnboard, coach and develop the team, creating a culture ofinnovation, collaboration and continual improvementComplete performance appraisals, take corrective action whenappropriate, and participate in hiring decisionsQualifications
Bachelors degree in information security, computer science, business, orrelated field
5+ years\' overall IT experience with significant experience in global,enterprise corporate IT
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasksunder time constraints
