JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Summary Under the direction of theProcessing Supervisor, the Tanker Loader will ensure the breakingoperation runs in an efficient and sanitary manner. This position isalso responsible for cleaning, inspecting, loading tankers andprocessing liquid egg load paperwork. Key Responsibilities Set up thetransfer room at the start of the day Perform daily chemical inventorySet up the off-line operation Provide breaks for Candlers and BreakerOperators Perform quality checks Monitor washers for proper temperaturesand reduce foaming through proper screen cleaning Understand the loaderand work with the off-line crew With help of sanitation crew,disassemble machines CIP triple tube, silo load out line and tankers,breaker, washers Maintain record keeping and documentation as requiredCleaning and inspecting all equipment Loading liquid egg Set-up ofafternoon sanitation Other duties as assigned Qualifications To performthis job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.
