　　Temporary, full time, Seasonal: Packers and Packagers, Iron Mountain Flagstone, LLC, Office phone (208)862-3820, email: [email protected] - Job location is Mile 8 Bead Lake Road, Newport, WA  99156.   Employee will package natural stone product by hand.  Be able to lift & load materials into proper crates/pallets and mark and label for identification & prepare for shipment.  Measure, weigh and count products when necessary.  Keep work area clean. Repeated heavy lifting required. The employee must be physically strong and willing to work outdoors under variable weather conditions in high elevations over 6,000 feet. No experience necessary, on the job training will be provided.  We will provide to workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.  

　　20 Temporary and Full -- time, Seasonal openings in Newport, Wa - anticipated to start March  15th thru Nov. 13th,  2024 -- Monday thru Friday (occasional Saturday), 8am - 5pm. 40 hrs per week, weather permitting. Hourly wage of $17.86 per hour, occasional overtime may be offered at the rate of $26.79 per hour, but not required.  If workers production exceeds their hourly earnings, the worker may / will receive additional pay based on production. Optional, shared housing is available for employees only at no charge. Employees that choose to live offsite are responsible for all housing and transportation costs. A single work week will be used to compute wages due.  Employees are paid on a bi--weekly basis. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Deductions will also be made for non work related advances such as groceries or money advanced to the employee. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed, unless the employer has paid the fees, in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
